Gratitude
Gratitude

“There is always, always, always something to be thankful for.” People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect on the things they’re thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems. Living your life with gratitude helps you notice the little things like a stranger holding the door for you, the perfect weather for an outdoor event or the friendly service you have received from your waiter.
