Taylor ISD’s Ambassadors participated in their third session for the school year Nov. 4. Speakers included Clarissa Rodriguez, assistant superintendent for teaching and learning, Jodi Witt, coordinator of student supports, and Anita Volek, executive director for the Taylor Educational Enrichment (TEE) Foundation.
Ambassadors then visited Main Street Intermediate School where student leaders provided guided tours that included classroom visits.
Campus speakers included Principal Kerri Pierce, Administrative Intern Ashley Rush and Counselor Iris Bunton.
The ambassadors then traveled to Taylor High School for lunch at Top Flight Duck Room, the licensed restaurant operated by student chefs in the culinary arts classes.
