Controversial policy back on council agenda
Will the third time be a charm? At their regular meeting May 25, the Taylor City Council will consider approving a controversial events policy that has been tabled twice in the face of pushback from Christian groups who have charged that the new regulation is aimed to discriminate against their rights. “This policy is needed because we did not have one,” said city spokeswoman Stacey Osborne. 05/24/2023 07:31 AM

Boles details county’s road projects at Chamber luncheon Until recently, most new road construction was focused on western Williamson County, but these days you’d be hard pressed to find a thoroughfare not being worked on in and around the Taylor/Hutto area, an elected official said.
