TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

APRIL 3

Isaac Lopez, 21, of Taylor, at 10:08 a.m., in the 9900 block of State Highway 95 in Bartlett, an off duty Taylor detective observed a disturbance between two subjects and made contact.

An investigation revealed Lopez to have outstanding warrant out for violation of bond/protective order, a class A misdemeanor.

Bartlett police arrived and took Lopez into custody. Lopez posted bond for $2,500 and was released April 5.

APRIL 5

Angelica Rogers, 44, of Taylor, at 4:35 p.m., in the 100 block West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., officers conducted a traffic stop and identified Rodgers who had an outstanding warrant for no Texas Driver’s License, a class C Misdemeanor. Rogers was taken into custody.

Andrew Gomez, 34, of Taylor, at 1:43 p.m., in the 600 block of East Rio Grande St., officers observed Gomez who they knew to have active outstanding arrest warrants. Gomez was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Milam County Sheriff’s Office for probation violation, a state jail felony, and three separate outstanding warrants from the Taylor Police Department for burglary of a building, all three being state jail felonies. Gomez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with bonds that total $25,000.

APRIL 6

Jose Velasquez, 38, of Taylor, 9:52 pm, officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of West Rio Grande St. regarding a 911 call. An investigation revealed that Velasquez had committed aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – family violence, a first degree felony. Velasquez was located at approximately 11 a.m. the following morning and arrested outside of the same residence. Velasquez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $75,000 bond.

APRIL 8

Ryder Nelson, 17, of Taylor, at 11:58 p.m., in the 300 block Porter St. officers conducted a traffic stop on a 2014 blue Ford Mustang. Investigation revealed Nelson to be in possession of a stolen firearm. Further investigation revealed Nelson had intentionally given a false name and date of birth to investigating officers. Nelson was arrested for theft of a firearm, a state jail felony and fail to identify/giving false or fictitious information, a class B misdemeanor. Nelson posted bond for $5,000 and was released April 11.

Francisco Flores Jr., 20, of Taylor, at 6:46 p.m., in the 600 block of Fowzer St., a traffic stop was conducted and an investigation revealed Flores had an outstanding warrant from Williamson County Sheriff’s Office for FTA – driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Flores was arrested at that time. Flores Jr. posted bond for $2,500 and was released April 9.

APRIL 9

Gabriel Moultry, 22, of Taylor, at 1:52 p.m., officers responded to the 1900 block of Brewer’s Place regarding a disturbance. An investigation was concluded and Moultry was arrested for assault by contact – family violence, a class C misdemeanor. Moultry posted bond for $300 and was released April 10.

APRIL 10

Devante Ross, 31,of Taylor, at 12:28 a.m., in the 100 block of Second Ave., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Ross was intoxicated and a danger to himself and others. Ross was arrested and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor. Ross posted bond for $300 and was released the same day.

Alexander Cannon, 28, of Taylor, at 1:10 a.m., in the 1700 block of Cecilia St., officers responded to a report of an assault. An investigation revealed Cannon physically assaulted a member of the household by strangulation. Cannon was arrested and charged with assaultstrangulation/ family violence, a third-degree felony. Cannon posted bond for $15,000 and was released April 12.

APRIL 11

Sonya Garza, 23, of Taylor, at 12:44 a.m., in the 100 block of E.

Second St., Garza was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Garza received a PR bond for $1,000 and was released the same day.

Tracy Collins, 34, of Taylor, at 11:37 a.m., in the 500 block of S.

Main St., officers apprehended Collins, who had an outstanding warrant for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. Collins was found to be in possession of Oxycodone Hydrochloride and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, over 1 gram, a third-degree felony. Collins is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $30,000.

Ethan Diaz, 17, of Taylor, at 2:57 p.m., at 500 S. Main St., officers apprehended Diaz, who had an outstanding warrant out of the Williamson County for fail to appear, a class C misdemeanor.

APRIL 13

Troy Hogan, 23, of Taylor, at 12:59 a.m., in the 2200 block of Jason Dr., officers responded to a 911 call. An investigation revealed Hogan physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Hogan also took the phone away from the reporting party as they were calling 911.

Hogan left the residence prior to officer’s arrival. Hogan was found to a short time later inf the 900 block of Fairgrounds St. and was arrested. Hogan was charged with assault with injury/family violence-with previous conviction, a third-degree felony, and interference with emergency call, a class A misdemeanor. Hogan is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $55,000.

APRIL 17

Gabriel Moultry, 22, of Taylor, at 11:20 a.m., in the 1900 block of Brewers Place, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Moultry was in violation of a previous bond by his presence at the residence. Moultry was arrested and charged with violation of bond/ protective order, a class A misdemeanor. Moultry is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

APRIL 20

Andrew Gomez, 35, of Taylor, at 3:41 p.m., officers learned that Gomez had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant for theft of material 50% aluminum/bronze, a state jail felony.

APRIL 21

Matthew Lopez, 28, of Taylor, at 12:37 a.m., in the 1400 block of W. Fourth St., officers observed Gomez on the premises in violation of a conditions of bond. Gomez was arrested and charged with violation of court order-condition of bond, a class A misdemeanor. Lopez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $550,000.

APRIL 22

Minnie Mills, 43, of Taylor, at 12:22 p.m., in the 700 block of Mariposa Ln., officers responded to a report of a disturbance.

An investigation revealed Mills physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Mills was arrested and charged with assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Mills posted bond for $2,000 and was released April 23.

APRIL 23

Cody Blair, 32, of Taylor, at 7:48 p.m., officers learned that Blair had turned himself in to the Williamson County Jail for an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child-sexual contact, a second-degree felony.
