Master Gardeners on Monday

Did you know the Williamson County Master Gardeners have a demonstration garden in which they plant a wide variety of flowers, vegetables and fruits? Master Gardeners Judy Williams, Dale Hill and Jim Williams will present a free program to discuss the results of recent vegetable trials conducted at the AgriLife Demonstration Garden. They will discuss marigolds, parsnips, potatoes and lots of tips and advice.

Playoff hopes for the 2022 Taylor boys basketball team are in critical condition. The Ducks have dropped their last five games and need some big help to get in. Taylor would need to win out and Lake Belton would lose the remainder of their games.

The Granger Lady Lions season concluded on the road against Thorndale last Tuesday as the 9-1 Lady Dawgs defeated Granger 78-23. The contest was all Thorndale from the start of the contest.
