Rosalie Irene Bachmeyer Minzenmayer, loving wife, mother, motherin- law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend to many, passed away peacefully the evening of Feb. 5, 2023, at the age of 88. Rosalie was born April 11, 1934, in Taylor, to parents Joe and Ella (Meiske) Bachmeyer.

Last week, the city of Taylor announced that the Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with Good Life Taylor, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the recently completed Percussion Park at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18. The playground is located in Murphy Park between the lake and the swimming pool.
