jason.hennington@granitemedia partners.com The Taylor Duck seventh grade A team continued their domination moving to 7-0 after a 61-6 win over Burnet Thursday night at the Main Street Intermediate school gym. This was the team’s last home game for the season, and the win coincided with big wins at the next level with the Ducks and Lady Ducks both getting big wins over La Grange.

Taylor hosts powerlifting invitational

The Taylor Ducks hosted a powerlifting meet at Taylor High School where the Ducks and Thrall Tigers and Tigerettes showed off their strength. The Ducks and Tigers each had 12 competitors in their respective weight classes, while the Tigerettes had nine competitors.
