Interim superintendent named for Coupland ISD
COUPLAND – At the June 26, CCO meeting, held in the Fellowship Hall of St. Peter’s Church of Coupland, residents heard a presentation by retired Hollywood cameraman Cal Roberts. He worked at Warner Brothers for 40 years, and his films include Speed, Top Gun, Lethal Weapon, Gran Torino and Jurassic Park.

Williamson County office staffs recognized
The 2023 Tyler Excellence Award for the implementation of Enterprise Jury Manager belongs to Williamson County. The Williamson County District Clerk’s Office and Technology Services Department won the award, which was sponsored by Tyler Technologies, and were recognized by the Commissioners Court at their meeting on July 18.
