A Pasemann tradition continues
Scholarships were very important to Naomi Pasemann. As a counselor, she helped many students apply for scholarships and even started a few herself. She also remembered hearing someone say that every $100 begins with a penny. So, when Pasemann Elementary opened in 1998-99, Mrs. Pasemann came up with the idea of starting the Pasemann Pennies Scholarship fund. 03/18/2023 07:26 AM

Dr. Dickey honored at Taylor Middle
The Taylor Middle School Black History Month Club presented a program for the entire school on Feb. 28. The theme of the program was “Honoring the Past, Embracing the Present and Preparing for the Future.” The program included a special tribute to the memory of Dr. James L. Mama Duck clears school lunch debt
A new local nonprofit known as Mama Duck presented a check for $1,210.22 to Taylor ISD Child Nutrition to pay off all current student lunch debt. When classes resume after spring break, all student lunch accounts will start over with a zero balance. 03/18/2023 07:26 AM
