TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

JAN. 19

Ernest Fisher, 73, of Taylor, at 6:03 p.m., at the U.S. Post Office, 202 W. Fourth St., officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. Officers located Fisher upstairs eating with his shoes removed. Fisher, who had an active criminal trespass warning against him, barring him from the property, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Fisher was released from custody Jan. 20.

Michael Gentry, 47, of Taylor, at 2:20 p.m., officers learned that Gentry had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant for assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Gentry is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

JAN. 22

Adrian Costilla, 30, of Taylor, at 11 p.m., in the 600 block of S. Main St., officers responded to a report of an unwanted person. Officers made contact with Costilla, who began to physically fight with officers. After being arrested, Costilla verbally threatened violence towards the officers. Costilla was charged with terroristic threat against a public servant, a class A misdemeanor. Costilla posted bond for $4,000 and was released the same day.

JAN. 23

Thristen Bailey, 33, of Taylor, at 5:57 p.m., in the 200 block of E. Rio Grande St., officers apprehended Bailey, who had two outstanding class C misdemeanor warrants for assault by contact/family violence and fail to appear. Bailey received a bond for $885.30 and was released Jan. 25.
