Barbara Ann Czimskey Corbitt

She was born on Jan. 22, 1936, to Emil and Laura Czimskey near Thrall. After graduating from Taylor High School in 1954, she attended the University of Texas.
In August 1956, she met the love of her life, Earl Corbitt, a recent Air Force aviation cadet graduate. They were married on Feb. 9, 1957, and had 68 wonderful years together.
Together they raised three loving daughters.
Along with being a polio survivor, military wife and homemaker, she was Earl’s cheerleader and strong support through his attending law school later in life.
She was also an excellent cook and seamstress as well as very artistic and creative. Her wit and laughter will be missed by many, but her family and friends are comforted to know that she is now able to run through fields of glory with her Heavenly Father.

The family would like to acknowledge Tiffin House of Georgetown, Texas, who gave her so much love and care for the past 20 months as well as Crestview Baptist Church for always being there for them throughout the years. Additionally, they want to thank Hope and Grace Hospice for their love and care in her last 48 hours of life.
