She passed away peacefully at the age of 93 Oct. 30, 2023.

Frances Stiba was born April 12, 1930, to Lloyd and Pauline Sibert in Austin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Pauline Sibert; and her husband of 59 years, Thomas Stiba, Jr.

She leaves behind many cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Janis Alexander Jansky and husband Johnnie; Patty Alexander Heiman and husband Gene; and her sons, Douglas Alexander and Thomas Stiba III; as well as eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Nov. 7, with a visitation starting at 4 p.m. and the service beginning at 5 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home, 807 Carlos G.

Parker Blvd. NW in Taylor.
