Janis Ann Moehnke, 53, died Dec. 18, 2024. She was born in Temple, Texas, on April 14, 1971, to Andrew William Moehnke Jr. and Ruby Janell Barnett-Moehnke, both of Little River.
She graduated from Temple High School in 1989. She had a master’s in communications and worked at Bell County Communications for 20 years. Janis had a passion for helping people not only at work, but anyone in need.
She had a very kind heart and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her mother; brother James Moehnke of Temple; niece Samantha Moehnke and Baby Faith Hall of Temple.
She is preceded in death by her father and her twin brother Scott Anthony Moehnke of Temple.
A graveside service is 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, in the Taylor City Cemetery, E. Fourth St., Taylor, Texas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Condra Funeral Home, 503 Talbot St., Taylor.
