Rose Lee Hardi, 91, of Elgin, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024. Rose was laid in state at the Elgin Funeral Home on Monday, Sept. 30. Family and friends gathered to celebrate Rose Lee’s life at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church of Elgin on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, with Pastor Sam Brannon presiding. Interment followed at Elgin Cemetery.
