Calvin Theodore Mitchell, Sr. died on Sept. 25, 2024. He was born on March 8, 1941. A visitation was held Oct. 4 at Providence Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Oct. 5 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Thorndale, Texas. Burial followed the service at Thorndale City Cemetery.
