Joe Delgado Alderete
Joe Delgado Alderete
If you ever had the privilege to meet Joe, then you knew that this man was full of life, love, strength and stories. Joe is best known for his crazy sense of humor, it was almost certain that when around him, you were smiling or laughing until it hurt.
He loved gardening, watching football and drinking Lonestar in his chair. He faithfully spent his Sunday mornings in the pews of his church.
His sense of humor was out of this world, everyone who knew him will have not only a funny story he shared, but a memory that will last forever. However, the love he had for his grandchildren was passionate. He gave them all nicknames that made absolutely no sense to anyone else, but himself and them, which made it even more meaningful.
Our hearts are at peace to know he is now with his wife Julia, whom he loved unconditionally.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Alderete; son, Gabriel Alderete; grandson, Brock Ramirez; and his parents, Lucas and Meme Alderete.
He is survived by his daughter, Jonie Alderete and Nick; sons, Eric Alderete and wife Ana, Desi Cantu and wife Sheena, Mark Cantu and wife Monica and Arthur Ramirez; grandchildren, Ariana Alderete (Ranna), Jaden Taylor (Gato), Miracle Alderete (PooPoo Head), Joe Eric Alderete III, Erica Coffey and husband Jim, Christopher Alderete, Crystal Alderete, Nicholas Pacheco, Gabrielle Cantu, Rayvic Cantu, Jaime Cantu, Mark Cantu, Jacob Cantu, Diego Torrez Cantu, Jaddin Cantu and Desiderio (Roo) Cantu, Bianca Stone and husband Keith, Paige Ramirez and Cassidy Ramirez; great-grandchildren, Chloe (Watermelon) Comacho, Camden (CoCoMo) Comacho, Kipton (Shoeshine) Stone, Brody (Tootsie Roll) Hernandez, Sophie (Avocado) Alderete, Mia (Little Boy) Alderete, Maeson (Jammer) Alderete, Nathen (Hammer) Coffey, Samuel Coffey and Emmelia Coffey.
