At 12:48 p.m. in the 1000 block North Main Street, officers responded to a criminal trespass in progress. An investigation revealed a 45-yearold Taylor woman was committing criminal trespass. While taking her into custody, she spat on one of the arresting officers while she was physically resisting her lawful arrest and transport. She is charged with criminal trespass, a Class B misdemeanor; failure to identify, a Class C misdemeanor; resisting arrest and transport, a Class A misdemeanor; and harassment of a public servant, a third-degree felony.
FEB. 21
At 7:20 a.m., the Taylor Police Department was advised a 54-yearold Taylor resident had self-surrendered to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office for an outstanding warrant. Charges include assault causes bodily injury – family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.
Officers at 8:21 a.m. in the 400 block of Porter Street observed a suspicious vehicle parked with an extension cord plugged into the stage area at Heritage Square.
Contact was made with the occupant, a 51-year-old Taylor man.
Investigation revealed an active warrant for forgery, a state jail felony. The individual was arrested for this outstanding warrant.
FEB. 22
The Taylor Police Department was advised that on Nov. 13, 2024, a 54-year-old Taylor man had been arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor. He was charged with fraudulent use of identifying information, a state jail felony.
A disturbance call at 3:14 p.m. brought police to the 600 block Mariposa Lane. An investigation revealed a 17-year-old Taylor resident assaulted a family member.
The teen was taken into custody, charged with assault causes bodily injury – family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.

When police responded to a disturbance call at 11:13 p.m. in the 700 block Big Sur Trail, they learned a 52-year-old Taylor man was accused of assaulting a dating partner. He was taken into custody, charged with assault causes bodily injury – family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.
