TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

JAN. 16

Officers responding at 2:13 p.m. to the 100 block of West Second Street on a welfare concern contacted a 57-yearold Taylor man who said he needed medical attention. While waiting for Emergency Medical Services to arrive, the man became belligerent and assaulted officers. After EMS was on the scene, the man also assaulted a paramedic and refused medical treatment. The male was placed under arrest and charged with assault on a public servant, a third-degree felony.

JAN. 17

At 11:22 p.m. in the 700 block of Davis Street, a 26-year-old Taylor man was placed under arrest and charged with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor.
