Snow came to Taylor and eastern Williamson County late Monday, Jan. 20, and early Tuesday, Jan. 21.
For many, it meant icy roads and some inconvenience as businesses and offices shut down, but for students at area schools that shuttered Tuesday, the day promised chilly fun.
A few folks even tried to make little snowmen.

The inclement weather led to closures of schools, government offices and some businesses, but temperatures were expected to return to normal for this time of year by mid-week.
