TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

NOV. 25

At 11:07 a.m., officers apprehended a 42-year-old Taylor man in the 700 block of Booth Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the city charging him with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, a Class B misdemeanor.

At 12:40 p.m., officers responded to a report of a theft at Walmart, 3701 N. Main St. An investigation revealed a 25-year-old Taylor man took items from the store without paying. The suspect had an active criminal-trespass warning against him, banning him from the store.

The man was charged with criminal trespass, a Class C misdemeanor, and was issued a citation for the Class C theft.

At 2:26 p.m., officers learned a 42-year-old Taylor man had been arrested by another agency for three outstanding Class C warrants out of Taylor for violation of city ordinance, no proof of rabies and no city license for an animal.
