Headwater breaks ground on Taylor Industrial Park

The Headwater Construction Company broke ground on a 51,000-square-foot office-warehouse shell building at 1901 Industrial Drive on Wednesday, Nov. 9. This is the first of five buildings collectively referred to as the Taylor Industrial Park.

Completion of the first building is expected by the third quarter of 2025. The total development is planned to encompass 210,000 square feet, with no set completion date.

The new construction is expected to boost the Taylor economy, as it will be just five miles from the new Samsung plant, potentially attracting more businesses and economic opportunities to the area.
