The Lower Brushy Creek Water Control and Improvement District Board of Directors will discuss and consider an outside appraisal for the Samsung project as well as additional costs incurred by the WCID for the project at a meeting on Monday, Nov. 18 at 7:30 a.m. at the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce, located at 1519 North Main St.
Additionally, the WCID will consider the adoption of an interim employee benefits package as well as a contract approval with Texas Counties and Districts Retirement System. Both would take effect on Jan. 1 2025, if approved.
The LBCWCID maintains and operates 23 flood control structures in eastern Williamson County and western Milam County, according to their website.
