TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

OCT. 27

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Fowzer Street. An investigation revealed a 24-year-old Taylor woman physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. The suspect was charged with assault with injury/ family violence, a Class A misdemeanor.

OCT. 28

At 11:32 p.m., a 46-year-old Taylor woman was apprehended in the 600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard for an outstanding warrant out of the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles Austin office for parole violationforgery, a third-degree felony.

OCT. 29

At 12:38 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1500 block of Prather Street. A 41-year-old Taylor man physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. The suspect also physically assaulted officers as they were placing him in custody and was charged with violation of bond condition-family violence, a Class A misdemeanor, as well as assault of a peace officer, a second-degree felony.

Officers, at 9:01 p.m., responded to a report of a person standing in the roadway obstructing traffic. Once located, officers attempted to remove the 33-yearold Taylor man from the lane after he refused verbal commands. The suspect physically resisted officers until he was led from the roadway and placed under arrest, charged with obstructing a highway/passageway, a Class B misdemeanor.

OCT. 31

Officers, at 3:29 a.m., conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Washburn Street. A 32-year-old Taylor man was found to be in possession of cocaine. The suspect was charged with possession of a controlled substance more than 1 gram, a second-degree felony.

NOV. 1

Officers, at 9:50 a.m., apprehended a 30-year-old Taylor man for two outstanding warrants out of Williamson County — motion to revoke bond-driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, a state jail felony, and harassment, a Class B misdemeanor.

At 10:39 a.m., officers apprehended a 22-year-old Taylor man in the 400 block of Vance Street for an outstanding warrant out of Austin for assault with injury/family violence, with previous convictions, a second-degree felony.

NOV. 2

At 2:26 p.m., officers apprehended a 36-year-old Taylor man in the 600 block of North Main Street. He had two outstanding warrants out of Taylor — criminal mischief, a Class B misdemeanor, and driving while license invalid, a Class C misdemeanor.

Officers, at 7:57 p.m., arrested a 22-year-old Taylor man in the 500 block of Maple Street for an outstanding warrant out of the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles Austin office for parole violation-resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor.

NOV. 3

Officers arrested a 55-year-old Taylor woman in the 300 block of East Eighth Street for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for assault with injury, a Class A misdemeanor.
