This weekend the Taylor varsity boys and girls competed at the Texas Relays at Mike A Myers Stadium on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin. On day two of the Texas Relays, school records were broken and milestones were achieved.
Emma Whitsel and Jarvis Anderson both set school records in their respective hurdle events.
Whitsel broke the record in the girls' 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.30.
Anderson broke the school record in the boys' 300-meter hurdles with a time of 37.27.
