TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

MARCH 14

Aidan Palomo, 18, of Taylor, at 10:20 a.m., in the 400 block of Victoria St. officers responded to a report of shots fired. An investigation revealed that a single gunshot was fired at two male juveniles who were playing in a pickup truck. Palomo drove by the residence and fired a shot from his vehicle, with the bullet striking the rear glass of the truck. There were no injuries that resulted from the shot. Officers located Palomo’s vehicle and later made contact with Palomo, who confessed to the shooting. Palomo was arrested, charged with deadly conduct, a third-degree felony. Palomo posted bond for $100,000 and was released the same day.

MARCH 17

Carla Alderete, 33, of Taylor, at 6:19 pm, in the 600 block of Westchester Rd. officers responded to a report of an assault. An investigation revealed Alderete physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Alderete was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Alderete also had outstanding warrants out of Rockdale for tak ing weapon from an officer, a state jail felony; forging financial instrument, a class A misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, search, and transport, a class A misdemeanor. Alderete is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $22,500.

Nicole Taylor, 46, of Taylor, at 2:53 a.m., 2500 block of Meadow Ln. officers apprehended Taylor, who had an outstanding warrant for false statement to police officer, a class B misdemeanor. Taylor received a PR bond for $1,500 and was released the same day.

MARCH 19

Petra Vasquez-Alderete, 49, of Taylor, at 1:52 p.m., in the 100 block of E. Seventh St., officers apprehended Vasquez-Alderete, who had three outstanding warrants for theft of property-two or more convictions, a state jail felony; driving while license invalid, a class C misdemeanor; and fail to maintain financial responsibility, a class C misdemeanor. Vasquez-Alderete is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $9,471.16.

Reymond Aguilar, 23, of Taylor, at 10:19 a.m., in the 400 block of Fowzer St., officers apprehended Aguilar, who had an outstanding warrant for attempted burglary of a coin operated machine, a class a misdemeanor.

Mary Pachicano, 37, of Taylor, at 10:28 a.m., in the 100 block of E. Seventh St., officers apprehended Pachicano, who had three outstanding warrants for criminal trespass, a class C misdemeanor; burglary of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor; and no driver’s license, a class C misdemeanor. Pachicano posted bail for $4,000 and paid a fine of $430.30 and was released the same day.

Irwin Vargas, 30, of Taylor, at 2:14 p.m. officer arrested Vargas, who had an outstanding warrant out for fail to appear-criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor. Vargas is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $5,000.

Jessica Dalton, 32, of Taylor, at 8:49 p.m., in the 600 block of Washburn St., officers apprehended Dalton, who had two outstanding warrants out of Hays County for possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, over 4 grams, a seconddegree felony; and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.

MARCH 20

Kathryn Sandor, 44, of Taylor, at 3:48 p.m., in the 900 block of Fisher St., officers arrested Sandor and charged her with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Sandor received a PR bond for $1,500 and was released March 21.
