The Hutto Hippos varsity volleyball team defeated the Round Rock Westwood Warriors in four sets, 3-1, on Tuesday, Sept. 3. The Hippos improved to 14-13 on the season, while the Warriors fell to 6-25. Senior middle hitter Delijah Belford was strong at the net, recording multiple blocks along with several kills. Both made offensive impacts, as Witcher had multiple kills and Orton contributed a couple of service aces.
