The Williamson County Elections Department invites local middle school students to participate in the first-ever countywide “I Voted” sticker design contest.
The deadline to submit a design is Sept. 20.
The winning design will be used as the official “I Voted” sticker. The sticker will be distributed to voters during the Nov. 5 election.
“The Williamson County Elections Department is excited to extend this contest to Williamson County middle school students and continue to encourage youth involvement in the electoral process,” Elections Administrator Bridgette Escobedo said.
A first-, second- and thirdplace design will be selected by a panel of judges from the community.
Judging will be based on the artistic skill, theme and uniqueness of the design.
Participants must agree to the contest’s official rules and submit their design by completing the “I Voted” sticker contest entry form, “I Voted” sticker contest consent form and use the “I Voted” Sticker template that is available on the county website.
All submissions must be sent via email to ivotedstickercontest2024@ wilco.org, mailed or submitted in person to the WilCo Elections Sticker Contest at 301 S.E. Inner Loop Suite 104, Georgetown, Texas 78626, by 5 p.m. on Sept. 20.
