The Taylor Police Department and Good Strangers have joined forces to hold an informal time for residents to meet and talk with Officers over a cup of coffee. The latest edition of “Coffee with a Cop” is set for Friday, June 28, from 8:30 to 10 a.m., at Good Strangers, 114 W. Second St.
The public is invited to attend and receive a free cup of coffee during the event.
“We are appreciative of Good Strangers Coffee’s supportive efforts to host Coffee with a Cop,” said Taylor Police Chief Henry Fluck. “The Taylor Police Department looks forward to visiting with residents in an informal setting to discuss crime or safety issues. We are encouraging residents to meet with us and enjoy a free cup of coffee compliments of our host, Good Strangers.”
Officers will come and go throughout the 90-minute period. Opportunities for the public to take photos with officers will be available.
