JUNE 12
Arturo Breceda, 60, of Taylor, at 10:49 a.m., in the 200 block of Ferguson St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Breceda threw boiling water in the face of a member of the household, causing serious bodily injury. Breceda was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury/family violence, a seconddegree felony. Breceda is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
Luke Justis, 25, of Taylor, at 7:45 a.m., in the 700 block of Mockingbird Ln., officers responded to a report of an assault. An investigation revealed Justis had held his arm against the throat of a member of the household, causing impeded breathing and injury.
Justis was arrested and charged with assault-impede breathing/ family violence, a third-degree felony. Justis posted bond for $20,000 ans was released June 13. Ernestine Martinez, 43, of Taylor, at 4:14 p.m., in the 1100 block of Carolina St., officers apprehended Martinez, who had two outstanding warrants out of Austin for two counts of assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor.
Martinez posted bond for a total of $7,500 and was released June 13.
JUNE 13
Adrian Medina, 30, of Houston, at 9:20 a.m., at 1400 North Main St., a Taylor officer conducted a traffic stop in which Medina, the driver, was found to have an outstanding warrant from the Austin Police Department for assault causes bodily injury – family violence, a class A misdemeanor, and was taken into custody. Medina posted bond for $3,000 and was released the same day.
JUNE 14
Steven Reyes, 49, of Hutto, at 9:59 p.m., at Randy’s Ice House, 1321 W. Second St., officers responded to an unwanted person report at the business. Reyes was taken into custody for an outstanding misdemeanor motion to revoke probation – child support, out of Williamson County. Reyes posted bond for $5,000 and was released June 15.
JUNE 16
Robert Abundiz Jr., 24, of Rockdale, at 12:43 p.m., Walmart 3701 N. Main St. officers responded to a possible theft. Investigation revealed that Abundiz had an outstanding warrant from Taylor Municipal Court for criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor.
Abundiz was taken into custody.
Abundiz is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail.
