TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

MARCH 7

Sophia Medina, 40, of Taylor, at 9:59 a.m., at H-E-B, 100 Carlos Parker Blvd. NW, officers apprehended Medina, who had an outstanding warrant out of Georgetown for larceny, a class B misdemeanor. Medina posted bond for $1,000 and was released March 8.

MARCH 10

Jesus Trujillo, 19, of Taylor, at 10:45 a.m., in the 100 block of Veterans Drive, officers apprehended Trujillo, who had an outstanding warrant for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), penalty group 1 – less than one gram, a state jail felony. Trujillo received a $3,500 bond and was released the same day.

MARCH 12

Samantha Luna, 25, of Taylor, at 6:11 p.m., in the 500 block of Lenora Dr., officers responded to a report of an unwanted person. Offices made contact with Luna, who had an active criminal trespass warning against her, barring her from the property. Luna was arrested and charged with criminal trespass a class B misdemeanor. Luna was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 – under 1 gram, a state jail felony. Luna is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $15,000.

MARCH 13

Jogabriel Arredondo, 19, of Taylor, at 12:44 p.m., in the 4200 block of N. Main St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Arredondo, who was found to be in possession of marijuana and a fire arm. The firearm had its serial numbers removed. Arredondo was arrested and charged with unlawful carry of a weapon and tampering with identification numbers. Both offenses are class A misdemeanors. Arredondo posted bond that totaled $10,000 and was released March 14.

William Brown, 28, of Taylor, at 4:17 p.m., in the 300 block of W. Fifth St., officers responded to a report of unwanted person. Officers made contact with Brown, who evaded officers on foot. Brown was found to be in possession of heroin. Brown was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 – less than one gram, state jail felony, as well as evading arrest/detention on foot with prior conviction, a state jail felony. Brown is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $12,500.
