MAY 14
Emilio Arenas, 17, of Taylor, at 11:19 a.m., at Taylor High School, 355 FM 973, officers apprehended Arenas, who had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for assault with injury, a class A misdemeanor. Arenas posted bond for $1,000 and was released the same day.
MAY 16
Karl Ross, 61, of Taylor, at 4:05 a.m., in the 1000 block of Talbot St., officers were investigating a motor vehicle crash in which Ross was involved. Ross was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Ross was placed under arrest and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 over one gram, a third-degree felony. Ross is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with a $5,000 bond.
MAY 18
Bradley Bogan, 34, of Taylor, at 4:36 p.m., at Murphy Park, 1600 Veterans Drive, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Bogan had been throwing rocks at passing vehicles, causing damage. Bogan physically resisted officers as they placed him under arrest. Bogan was placed under arrest and charged with criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, as well as resisting arrest, search or transport, a class A misdemeanor. Bogan is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with bonds that total $3,500.
MAY 19
Daysia Blane, 26, of Taylor, at 8:15 p.m., in the 400 block of E. Rio Grande St., officers apprehended Blane, who had an outstanding warrant out of Milam County for bond forfeiture/ assault with injury, a class A misdemeanor. Blane is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail with a $10,000 bond.
