APRIL 30
James Buchleitner, 42, of Taylor, at 6:22 a.m., at Murphy USA gas station, 105 NW Carlos G Parker Blvd., officers responded to a male asleep in a motor vehicle. An investigation revealed Buchleitner was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Buchleitner was placed under arrest and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, over 1 gram, a third-degree felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
MAY 2
Shermetri Dilworth, 34, of Taylor, at 9:02 a.m., in the 700 block of Washburn St., officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash with a previously reported stolen vehicle. Officers observed Dilworth, the only occupant of the vehicle, seated in the driver’s seat. Dilworth was placed under arrest and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony.
MAY 3
Alejandro Bolivar, 20, of Taylor, at 12:57 a.m., in the 4200 block of W. Second St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Bolivar, who had three outstanding class C warrants out of Taylor: two counts of no driver’s license, and one count of fail to maintain financial responsibility. Bolivar was also found to be in possession of Adderall pills without a prescription. Bolivar was placed under arrest for the warrants and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 2, less than 1 gram, a state jail felony.
