It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
APRIL 15
Gabriel Moultry, 23, of Taylor, at 1:24 a.m., in the 3100 block of N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Moultry struck another person in the head with a wooden bat, causing non-lifethreatening injury. Moultry was placed under arrest and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
Manuel Moreno, 34, of Taylor, at 10:15 a.m., officers learned that Moreno had been arrested by another agency for two class C warrants out of Taylor: 1) driving while license invalid, and 2) fail to appear.
APRIL 16
Jason Trevino, 29, of Taylor, at 7:46 p.m., at Wal-Mart, 3701 N. Main St., officers responded to a report that Trevino was at the store. Trevino had an active criminal trespass warning against him, banning him from the property. Trevino was placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor.
Kyle McAllister, 29, of Taylor, at 9:57 a.m., officers learned that McAllister had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor (no driver’s license, a class c misdemeanor.)
APRIL 17
Sarah Barron, 34, of Taylor, at 1:26 p.m., officers learned that Barron had been arrested by another agency for two class C warrants out of Taylor: 1) fail to maintain financial responsibility, and 2) expired driver’s license.
APRIL 20
Donovan Wilson, 52, of Taylor, at 12:40 p.m., officers learned that Wilson had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor (assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor.)
