TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

FEB. 28

Adam Rodriguez, 45, and Eva Caruthers, 42, of Taylor, at 11:44 a.m., in the 1600 block of Veterans Drive. officers conducted a traffic stop on Rodriguez. Caruthers was a passenger in the vehicle. Rodriguez had an outstanding warrant out of Travis County for parole violation, theft from a person, a state jail felony. Caruthers had an outstanding warrant out of Milam County for bond forfeiture, assault with Injury with previous conviction, a state jail felony. Rodriguez and Caruthers were both placed under arrest for their warrants.

MARCH 1

Tracy Collins, 33, of Taylor, at 3:01 p.m., officers learned that Collins, who was incarcerated at the Williamson County Jail, was served with a warrant out of Taylor for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a thirddegree felony.

Stephanie Rubio-Cervantes, 17, of Taylor, at 8:23 a.m., Taylor Police Department, in the 500 block of Maple Street, officers apprehended Rubio-Cervantes, who had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony.

Ian Botello, 17, of Taylor, at 2:04 p.m., in the 200 block of Wesley Miller Lane, officers made contact with Botello, who was found to be in possession of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Botello was placed under arrest and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 2, less than 2 gram, enhanced, a third-degree felony.

MARCH 2

Matthew Chester, 35, of Taylor, at 3:16 p.m., in the 2700 block of Davis Street. officers apprehended Chester, who had two outstanding warrants out of Austin Pardon and Parole: 1) possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 over 1 gram, a third degree felony, and 2) burglary of a habitation, a state jail felony. Chester was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Chester was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 over 1 gram, a third degree felony.

MARCH 3

Derrick Crayton, 51, of Taylor, at 10:01 a.m., in the 100 block of First Avenue, officers conducted a traffic stop on Crayton, who was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Crayton was placed under arrest and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, under 1 gram, a state jail felony.
