TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MARCH 10

Irwin Vargas, 32, of Taylor, at 6:10 p.m., in the 1800 block of S. Doak St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Vargas physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Vargas was arrested and charged with assault with injury/family violence-enhanced due to prior convictions, a third-degree felony. Vargas is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

MARCH 14

Beatriz Molina, 27, of Taylor, at 12:08 a.m., in the 200 block of N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Molina physically assaulted a member of the family, causing injury. Beatriz also had an outstanding warrant out of Travis County for driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Molina was arrested for the warrant and charged with assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Molina posted bond for $6,000 and was released the same day.

Twila Lockwood, 63, of Taylor, at 12:14 p.m., officers learned that Lockwood had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant out for criminal mischief over $750, a class A misdemeanor. Lockwood received a PR bond for $1,500 and was released the same day.

MARCH 15

Terrell Reynolds, 26, of Taylor, at 8:05 p.m., in the 1500 block of N. Main St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Reynolds, who refused to provide officers with identifying information. Reynolds was arrested and charged with fail to identify, a class C misdemeanor. Reynolds received a PR bond for $300 and was released the same day.

MARCH 16

Tania Lucero, 37, of Taylor, at 8:54 a.m., in the 200 block of Nathaniel Drive, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Lucero was in violation of a protective order by her presence at the residence. Lucero also physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Lucero was arrested and charged with violation of protective order, a class A misdemeanor, and assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor. Lucero posted bond for $7,000 and was released March 17.

Frederico Camacho, Jr., 28, of Taylor, at 5:15 p.m., in the 500 block of Sams St., officers apprehended Camacho, who had five outstanding warrants for theft of property over $100, a class B misdemeanor; no front license plate, a class C misdemeanor; two counts of no driver’s license, a class C misdemeanor; and no driver’s license third or more offense, a class C misdemeanor. Camacho is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on unrelated charges.

MARCH 17

Javier Yanez, 51, of Taylor, at 1:39 a.m., in the 200 block of Highland Drive, officers responded to a report of an unwanted person. Officers observed Yanez inside the residence. Yanez had an active protective order against him, banning him from the property. Yanez was arrested and charged with violation of protective order, a class A misdemeanor. Yanez is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on bonds that total $80,000.
