FEB. 19
Gabriel Moultry, 23, of Taylor, at 7:23 p.m., in the 1900 block of Brewers Pl., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Moultry violated a court order by his presence at the residence. Moultry also had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for assault by contract/ family violence, a class C misdemeanor. Moultry was placed under arrest for the warrant and was charged with violation of bond/protective order, a class A misdemeanor.
FEB. 20
Kyle Neal, 36, of Taylor, at 3:43 p.m., in the 1100 block of Scott St., officers responded to a report of a person with a gun.
An investigation revealed Neal produced a pistol and threatened to shoot several subjects.
Neal was placed under arrest and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a state jail felony.
FEB. 21
Joshua Zamora, 27, of Taylor, at 9:21 p.m., in the 200 block of E. Lake Dr., officers placed Zamora under arrest, charging him with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.
Frankie Gomez, 28, of Taylor, at 9:28 a.m., in the 500 block of Burkett St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Gomez physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury.
Gomez was placed under arrest and charged with assault with injury/family violence with previous convictions, a third-degree felony.
