State of our schools March 11

Taylor ISD Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Garcia-Edwardsen will give a “State of our Schools” address at the monthly Chamber luncheon on Monday, March 11, at the Taylor Mansion and Crystal Ballroom, 2109 E. 4th St.

“We already have 40 people registered to attend this important event,” Board Chair Ebby Green said. “Our February luncheon sold out about a week before the deadline. We hope people will register early for this on but the deadline is 5 p.m.

Wednesday, March 6.”

Attending the event costs $20 for Chamber members and $25 for non-members and should be paid in ad- ____________________________ 1519 N. This six-week course was tailored for students who _______________________ practical life skills on things ranging from credit and taxes to maintaining a car and sewing on a button.

If you have an hour and about $40 that day, we invite you to sign up to help.
