TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

FEB. 12

Shermetri Dillworth, 23, of Taylor, at 6:16 p.m., in the 1000 block of Burkett St, officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. An investigation revealed Dillworth illegally entered the residence. Dillworth was placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor.

FEB. 14

Rosemary Rodriguez, 49, of Taylor, at 2:37 p.m., in the 1700 block of N. Main St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Rodriguez, who had an outstanding warrant out of Travis County for unlawful carry of firearm, a class A misdemeanor. Rodriguez was placed in custody for the warrant.

FEB. 15

Charles Gass, 43, of Taylor, at 3:36 p.m., at Wal-Mart, 3701 N. Main St., officers responded to a report of theft. An investigation revealed Gass stole items from the store. Gass was placed under arrest and charged with theft over $100, a class B misdemeanor.

Edgar Willie, 45, of Taylor, at 12:55 p.m., at Wal-Mart, 3701 N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers located Willie, who was found to be intoxicated.

Willie was placed under arrest and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor.

FEB. 16

Isiah Wright, 22, of Taylor, at 12:55 p.m., in the 700 block of N.

Main St., Taylor PD responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1600 block of N. Main St. An investigation revealed that Wright produced a firearm (pistol) during the disturbance. Wright left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.

Officers located Wright in the 700 block of N. Main where they placed him under arrest. Wright also had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for theft under $100, a class C misdemeanor.

FEB. 17

Matthew Gonzales-Reyna, 32, of Taylor, at 9:23 p.m., in the 1600 block of Mallard St., officers placed Gonzales-Reyna under arrest, charging him with driving while intoxicated-3rd or more offense, a third-degree felony.

Zyniria Ross, 24, of Taylor, in the 1400 block of Summit Cr., officers apprehended Ross, who had an outstanding warrant out of Bell County for unauthorized use of motor vehicle, a state jail felony.

Devin Douglas, 31, of Taylor, at 7:18 p.m., in the 2000 block of Hollysprings Dr., officers conducted a traffic stop on Douglas, who had two outstanding warrants out of Taylor: 1) violation of court order/bond condition, and 2) criminal mischief over $100, a class B misdemeanor. Douglas was placed under arrest for the warrants.

Carl Hattley, 62, of Taylor, at 7:15 p.m., in the 700 block of Booth St., officers conducted a traffic stop on Hattley, who was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Hattley was placed under arrest and charged with possession of controlled substance under 1 gram, a state jail felony.

Angel Villalobos, 22, of Taylor, at 1:00 p.m., in the 500 block of E.

Seventh St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Villalobos physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury.

Villalobos was placed under arrest and charged with assault with injury/family violence, a class A misdemeanor.
