HUTTO — More than 80 high school welding students from throughout the Austin area will make their way to Hutto.
Texas State Technical College’s East Williamson County campus is hosting the Texas High School Welding Series Certification Event from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at the East Williamson County Higher Education Center, 1600 Innovation Blvd.
Students will be tested in four welding skill levels backed by the American Welding Society.
