The Taylor High School girls varsity soccer team got back in the win column Tuesday, Feb.
6 at home as the Lady Patos cruised to a 3-0 shutout victory over 4A-District 24 rival La Grange High School.
The Lady Patos took it to the visiting Lady Leopards as Taylor got out to a 1-0 lead by halftime and scored two more goals in the second half en route to a dominant win over La Grange.
Scoring twice for Taylor was sophomore Peyton Wamble, junior Kaleigh Woods also added a goal as well as an assist and freshman Analisa Arredondo had an assist of her own.
Taylor (8-6 overall, 3-1 district record) under Head Coach Jose Flores is scheduled Feb. 9 for a district road match at Manor New Tech High School and will return home Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 5:30 p.m. to host Caldwell High School.
