The University Interscholastic League (UIL) released Thursday, Feb. 1 the 2024-25 and 2025-26 football, volleyball and basketball district assignments and reclassifications.
TAYLOR FOOTBALL
Taylor High School football will see new opponents in 4A-1 District 25 in Region 4 as the Ducks will play Austin Achieve High School, Austin Eastside Early College High School, Austin LBJ Early College High School, Austin Northeast Early College High School, Austin Travis Early College High School and Manor New Tech High School.
TAYLOR VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL
Taylor volleyball and basketball will be in 4A-District 24 in Region 3 as the Lady Ducks and Ducks will play Burnet High School, Georgetown Gateway College Preparatory School, Jarrell High School, Lampasas High School, Marble Falls High School and Salado High School.
THRALL FOOTBALL
Thrall High School has officially moved up to an all-new class and will be 3A-2 District 13 in Region 4 as Tigers football will play Blanco High School, Comfort High School, Lexington High School and Rogers High School.
THRALL VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL
Thrall volleyball and basketball will make the move up to 3A-District 19 in Region 3 as the Tigerettes and Tigers will play Cameron C.H. Yoe High School, Franklin High School, Lexington, Little River Academy High School, Rockdale High School and Rogers.
GRANGER FOOTBALL
Granger High School football will see a few new foes in 2A-2 District 13 in Region 4 as the Lions will play Bartlett High School, Burton High School, Iola High School, McDade High School, Milano High School, Snook High School and Somerville High School.
GRANGER VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL
Granger volleyball will be 2A-District 26 in Region 4 as the Lady Ducks will play Bartlett, Holland High School, McDade, Milano and Thorndale High School. Lions and Lady Lions basketball will be in 2A-District 27 in Region 4 and will play Bartlett, Holland, McDade, Milano, Rosebud-Lott High School and Thorndale.
HUTTO FOOTBALL, VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL
Hutto High School will play the same programs across football, volleyball and basketball but will be in a new region and district with 6A-District 25 in Region 4. The Hippos and Lady Hippos will play Austin Vandegrift High School, Cedar Park Vista Ridge High School, Manor High School, Round Rock High School, Round Rock McNeil High School, Round Rock Stony Point High School, Round Rock Westwood High School and Round Rock Cedar Ridge High School.
