Jordan Mummert, 41, of Taylor, at 3:22 p.m., in the 200 block of N. Doak St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1600 block of Tammie Ln. An investigation revealed Mummert physically assaulted a member of the household, causing injury. Mummert left the residence prior to the officer’s arrival. Mummert was located in the 200 block of N. Doak St. where he was placed under arrest and charged with assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor.

Felicita Oranday, 36, of Taylor, at 9:33 a.m., officers learned that Oranday had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor (expired vehicle registration, a class C misdemeanor.)
