During the Taylor Independent School District’s board of trustee meeting Monday, Jan. 22, students and principals from each campus in the district took time to honor a specific trustee during the recognition portion of the meeting.

January is School Board Appreciation Month, and each trustee was presented with a thank you gift.

Main Street Elementary School Principal Kerri Pierce said the district “feels like home” when recognizing Trustee Jim Buzan.
