TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

JAN. 17

Olivia Torres, 32, of Taylor, at 3:22 p.m., officers learned that Torres had been arrested by another agency for three outstanding class C warrants out of Taylor: 1) expired vehicle registration, 2) fail to meet financial responsibility, and 3) driving while license invalid.

Ashley Weber, 39, of Taylor, at 1:50 a.m., at Baylor Scott & White Hospital, officers responded to a report that Weber was at the hospital and was refusing to leave. Weber had an active criminal trespass warning against her, banning her from the property unless medical attention was needed. Employees advised Weber was refusing to leave. Weber was placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor.

JAN. 20

Raymond Garza, 17, of Taylor, at 7:26 p.m., at Baylor Scott & White Hospital, 305 Mallard St., officers responded to a report of an employee being assaulted. An investigation revealed Garza bit a security guard. Garza was placed under arrest and charged with assault with injury, a class A misdemeanor.

Jose Gonzales-Guitierrez, 28, of Taylor, at 10:48 p.m., in the 300 block of Shaw St., officers apprehended Guitierrez, who had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for assault with injury/ family violence, a class A misdemeanor.

JAN. 21

Fernando Rivera, 41, of Taylor, at 3:07 a.m., in the 4800 block of N. Main St., officers placed Rivera under arrest, charging him with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.

Roxanne Maradiaga, 34, of Taylor, at 3:58 a.m., in the 500 block of N. Main St., officers placed Maradiaga under arrest, charging her with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.
