The Taylor Middle School boys basketball program hosted a large tournament Saturday, Jan. 20 for the first time in over a decade as the Ducks welcomed strong seventh and eighthgrade teams from across
the area.
The eighth graders competed in the daylong tournament held at the Taylor High School gymnasium while the seventh-grade programs squared off at Taylor Middle School.
Taylor’s eighth-grade team had games versus Georgetown Tippit Middle School, Salado Middle School and Manor New Tech Middle School and the Ducks’ seventh-grade squad went up against Hutto Farley Middle School, Tippit and New Tech.
