Manuel Herrera, 48, of Taylor, at 6:04 p.m., at W. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, officers apprehended Herrera, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for parole violationunlawful possession of firearm by felon.
Herrera was found to be in possession of a firearm and Lidocaine patches, for which he had no prescription. Herrera was further charged with unlawful possession of firearm by felon, a third-degree felony, and possession of dangerous drug, a class A misdemeanor.
