TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

DEC. 18

Crystal Castillo, 36, of Taylor, at 12:50 p.m., at Wal-Mart, 3701 N.

Main St., officers apprehended Castillo, who had an outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for probation violation-credit/ debit card abuse, a state jail felony. Castillo is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail.

DEC. 19

Salvador Tinajero, 23, of Taylor, at 1:15 a.m., in the 100 block of Second Ave, officers apprehended Tinajero, who had and outstanding warrant out of Williamson County for bond forfeiture-accident involving damage, a class B misdemeanor. Tinajero posted bond for $2,500 and was released the same day.

Miranda Salazar, 31, Danielle Morales, 31, and Laura Bosserman, 38, of Taylor, at 9:45 a.m., in the 600 block of E. Rio Grande St., officers observed Salazar, Morales and Bosserman encamped on Union Pacific Railroad property. The three were arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor. Salazar also had two outstanding class C warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft under $100. Salazar, Morales and Bosserman were all released without bond the same day.

Shirley Rios, 39, of Taylor, at 10:12 p.m., in the 200 block of Wyeth St., officers arrested Rios and charged her with driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor.

DEC. 20

Shermetri Dilworth, 33, of Taylor, at 10:20 p.m., in the 600 block of W. Pecan St., officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. Officers observed Dilworth on the property. Dilworth had an outstanding criminal trespass warning against her, barring her from being on the premises. Dilworth was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor.

Dilworth is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

DEC. 21

Matthew Johnson, Jr., 31, of Taylor, at 9:45 p.m., in the 400 block of Mariposa St., officers apprehended Johnson, who had an outstanding warrant for injury to elderly, a third-degree felony.

Johnson Jr. is still in custody at the Williamson County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
