Dear Editor,
This letter to the editor is specifically dedicated to the individual(s) responsible for changing Mallard Lane from a perfectly good four-lane road to a two lane road with two bike lanes.
Question, was a study done that determined that this change needed to be done? I doubt it.
Question, did anyone at the city bother to ask residents that reside on Mallard Lane, now that you have taken away their rights to park in front of their home, since those lots are too small to handle that many vehicles? I doubt it.
Question, was a traffic survey done to determine the effects restricting the flow of traffic on Mallard Lane? I doubt it.
Question, was a survey done to determine the number of bicyclists that use Mallard Lane? I doubt it.
