TAYLOR POLICE DEPARTMENT ARREST REPORT

It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

DEC. 13

Geneva Garza, 45, of Taylor, at 12:50 pm, in the 1000 block of Welch St., officers apprehended Garza, who had two outstanding warrants out of Taylor: 1) assault with injury/ family violence with previous convictions, a seconddegree felony, and 2) criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor.

DEC. 15

Cristal Clark, 42, of Taylor, at 9:10 pm, in the 100 block of E. 1st.

St., officers responded to a disturbance. Officers located Clark, who was intoxicated. Clark was placed under arrest and charged with public intoxication, a class C misdemeanor.

DEC. 17

Daniel Palacios, 22, of Taylor, at 7:04 pm, in the 3700 block of N.

Main St., officers apprehended Palacios, who had four outstanding warrants out of Taylor: 1) for theft over $100, a class B misdemeanor, 2) speeding, a class C misdemeanor, 3) possession of drug paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor, and 4) possession of drug paraphernalia. Palacios was placed under arrest for the warrants.

Alejandro Martinez-Carreto, 23, of Taylor, at 6:49 am, in the 1600 block of W. 3rd. St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Martinez-Carreto intentionally damaged the front door of the residence with a construction tool. Martinez-Carreto was placed under arrest and charged with criminal mischief over $750, a class A misdemeanor. Martinez-Carreto was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was further charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1 under one gram, a state jail felony.

Jason Trevino, 28, of Taylor, at 9:04 am, at Wal-Mart, 3701 N. Main St., officers responded to a report of a criminal trespass in progress. Officers located Trevino on the property.

Trevino had an active criminal trespass warning against him, banning him from the store. Trevino was placed under arrest and charged with criminal trespass, a class B misdemeanor.
