Sergio Ambriz, 35, of Taylor, at 3:51 p.m., in the 400 block of Carlos Parker Blvd. NW., officers conducted a traffic stop on Ambriz, who had an outstanding warrant out of Hidalgo County for driving while intoxicated, a class B misdemeanor. Ambriz was placed under arrest for the warrant.
Jared Miller, 49, of Taylor, at 8:49 p.m., in the 100 block of Royal St., officers responded to a report of a disturbance. An investigation revealed Miller physically assaulted an elderly member of the household, causing injury.
Miller was placed under arrest and charged with injury to elderly, a state jail felony.

Mark Johle, 36, of Taylor, at 2:06 p.m., in the 400 block of Old Thorndale Rd., officers conducted a traffic stop on Johle, who was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Johle was placed under arrest and charged with possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, over one gram, a state jail felony.

Emiliano Arreaza, 26, of Taylor, at 2:47 p.m., officers learned that Arreaza had been arrested by another agency for an outstanding warrant out of Taylor (injury to child, a third-degree felony.)

Delane Rollie, 35, of Taylor, at 10:40 a.m., in the 1000 block of W. 2nd St, officers apprehended Rollie, who had an outstanding warrant out of Taylor for assault with injury, a class A misdemeanor.
